I had a problem with not having any air through a bathroom vent and very little air through vents in two bedrooms on one end of my house. After two a/c contractors my problem wasn't solved. I found D C Air Services with great reviews and called them and made a appointment for a diagnostic review of my system. David was the only one to take the time to listen to what my problem was and the only one to go into the attic to examine the entire duct work for any problems. GREAT WORK! MY PROBLEM SOLVED! This was not the first company I called. Two other companies have came out one didn’t know what they were doing. Another service tech lied straight to my face about what was wrong with the unit and what parts was needed to fix it. Then I called DC Air Services only for a price match, trying to shop around. Not only did they have no hidden fees, but also diagnosis and pricing were transparent and completely different from what the others were trying to upsell. David was very knowledgeable, he definitely knew what he was talking about. He was very professional and very polite. He gave us an honest diagnosis and he documented everything and gave us a number of choices on repair and/or replacement of the unit. We chose the one that fit our budget.
